WHICH ITEM CAN BE RETURNED ?

You can exchange or get a refund for products bought on mamyfactory.com website for up to 30 days following the date of shipping. Exchanges or refunds are only valid for unworn and unwashed items returned in their original packaging with their price tag.

Personalized products like cushions, blankets and knitted teddy bears cannot be refunded, but will be subject of either an exchange, or a 6 months credit note, valid on our website; after this date the products will not be repaid. 

HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

You must pay the cost of returning all products to us. To return any products, simply send a parcel via registered mail to:

WHO SUPPORTS THE RETURN ?

If we judge that the products returned to us are in suitable condition, we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price, withtin 14 working days. If it's an exchange, we will take on delivery costs of the new product.

Refunds will take place accordingly to the mean of payment used at the time of purchase (bank check, paypal account or credit to your credit card). If your order amounted to 110€ or more, but now it doesn't anymore, we will reimburse you the price of the article minus the delivery costs that had been offered to you (usually a range from 5.95€ to 26.50€, depending on your location).
